"Berk" and Scott met unofficially back in 2004 while Scott was visiting Lynn University on a college visit. They didn't know it then, but it wouldn't be long until Berk and Scott became best friends when Scott joined Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity. Somewhere during the late nights at The Duck, long lunches at Talias, and organizing college football watch parties, their friendship became solid. Berk and Scott have shared many memories in NYC attending concerts, nightlife, and eating their way through the city. Berk is the friend that has been there for Scott in many of lifes big moments. Berk will give himself credit for helping Scott with his taste in music & fashion, but he always helps Scott with solid advice and a listening ear. Dylan & Jackie met at college at Appalachian State University, Go Neers! During their Sophomore Year, they both applied to serve as Appalachian Student Ambassadors. Somewhere in between giving campus tours and Thursday night bar adventures, they became inseparable. Jackie Greco is the life and soul of any room she walks into. Whether that’s through a karaoke performance, or her intentional conversations, she lights up any room and person she has the pleasure of coming in contact with. Despite living in different cities since college, their bond has only grown stronger, and they will continue to go the distance for years to come. Colin and Dylan met while working in non-profit consultant roles, lived as roommates (RIP to the dudeplex), & are fraternity brothers. Colin and Dylan pretty quickly realized they were the same person, just a mid-western & southern iteration of the same blue-print. Colin is the first-round draft pick you would always select in friendship. Colin is consistent, thougthful, generous, and supportive through and through. Scott & Dylan believe Colin is the standard of a long-distance friend. Even miles apart, Colin’s presence is felt in every laugh, and every kind word you hear. Colin is one of the most loyal people we know, and we couldn’t be happier to have him standing by our sides on the day. Kristen and Scott's friendship began during the pandemic when she and her husband, Dan, moved down the street from Scott in Apex. In an attempt to welcome them, Scott offered a bottle of vodka, unaware that Kristen was pregnant with their third child. Despite this initial awkwardness, Kristen and her family have since become like family to Scott and Dylan. They've shared countless bottles of wine, organized amazing parties in Chelsea Run, and enjoyed unforgettable trips together. Brad quickly took Scott under his wing, introducing him to the vibrant college life beyond the classroom. From pool parties and boat days to unforgettable nights out in South Florida, Brad's magnetic energy made every moment memorable, all while being a responsible and caring friend. After graduation, Brad moved back to his hometown of Chicago, where he and Scott have enjoyed Cubs games, concerts, boat days at the Playpen in Lake Michigan with Brad's larger family, and countless Portillo's sandwiches.
