Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from Embassy Suites DTC North Hotel to the Wellshire Event Center and back, scheduled at the following times: Departure from Embassy Suites to the Wellshire Event Center: 3:20 & 3:50 Please consider the earlier shuttle so we can even out the groups for both trips. You will enjoy the views at the Wellshire surroundings before the start of the ceremony! Returning shuttles from the venue back to Embassy Suites • Depart at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, and 11:45 pm

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Yes, the venue does have free overnight parking.
