Arrival of Guests / Ceremony

The HAMPTON INN has a block of 30 rooms reserved. (Code: CHHJM3) There is a 2-night minimum stay. You have to call the actual hotel to get one of the rooms from the block or they will tell you they are sold out. Please make sure to call the local number to get to the actual hotel staff: 706-642-9001. For the Wedding VENUE: There will be golf cart attendants if you have to park in the back of the lot to pick you up and take you to the ceremony area. If there are guests with mobility issues, please let them know and they will direct you to reserved spots in the front of the lot nearest to the venue.
Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail Reception

There will be a Charcuterie spread for you to enjoy while we have pictures taken. There will also be a 3-piece jazz band playing while you mingle. Please make sure to go to the Photo Booth area and take a picture to add it to our photo guest book. We can’t wait to see all of your pictures and read your notes! This is one of the things we are looking forward to the most after the wedding. Thank you!
Dinner Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be cards throughout the venue with a QR code for you to use to scan your pictures. Please make sure to scan them. We look forward to seeing and sharing them once we get back from the Honeymoon! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Sparkler Send Off
9:45 pm - 10:00 pm

We will gather everyone at about 9:45p for the sparkler event with the photographer. Please make sure to join us so we can capture all of our favorite people in these photos. We have extended the evening with the band to 11p so that we can have more time to dance after this sparkler photo and enjoy the evening for another hour.
