Welcome BBQ
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
This is a casual event. Guests are able to bring any attire of their choosing.
Welcome BBQ will take place outside the Tavern and will begin at 5pm. This event will include hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, etc. for guests that will be arriving on Friday, October 15th. After the BBQ, guests are welcome to relax and have a drink at the Tavern, sit by the fire, or return to their room to get some rest before the big day!

Suwala Wedding

This event is dressy/ formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors- please bring appropriate footwear.
If you are planning on staying at our venue for the duration of your stay, please email amysciongay@gmail.com after you RSVP. Please provide your arrival date and how many nights you and your party will be staying in the first initial email. Through our email communication, you will also be provided with information on payment.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail hour will be indoor/ outdoor. Please wear appropriate footwear.
Cocktail hour will be held both inside the Lodge Tavern and outside the Tavern. The tavern will include open bar service and cocktail hour appetizers. The outside area will include a fire pit, music, and lawn games.
Sit Down Dinner
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Dinner will be served Buffett style in the Barn located next to the ceremony space. Please locate your name on the seating chart, then take your seat at your assigned table. Tables will be called up individually and will return to their seats once they have received their food. Open bar service will continue to take place during dinner in the Lodge Tavern.
Drinks & Dancing
6:00 pm
After dinner, guests will return to the Lodge Tavern for cake cutting, drinks, and dancing. A dessert table will be available in the tavern for guests to sit and eat at a high-top table or grab to take on the dance floor with them. Please note that open bar service will be available until 10:30 pm, after which will be a cash bar.
Saturday Morning Breakfast

This is a casual event. Guests are able to bring any attire of their choosing.
Breakfast will be provided for guests on Saturday Morning in the Main Lodge building. This breakfast is served buffet style and will include eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea.
