Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online by August 21, 2020. If your plans change past the RSVP date, please contact the bride and groom directly.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While your presence at our wedding is more than enough of a gift to us, you will be able to find our registry through our wedding website. Click on the "registry" tab one the top navigation bar to be directed to the registry!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m., so please plan accordingly. The last shuttle will leave Treasure Island at 3:30 p.m.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please submit any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will happen in the same location, and there is a free parking lot available for guests. You may also leave your car parked in the lot overnight, but it will need to be removed by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - there will be a shuttle provided to and from Treasure Island. Please see more information on the "travel" page. Note that masks are required on the shuttles. We will provide extra masks on the busses.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your sweet babies & cute kiddos, we would love for you to find a babysitter and enjoy the night without kids in tow!

What about social distancing/COVID-19? How will this effect your wedding?

Answer

We want to let you know your health and safety are our top priority. Our ceremony and cocktail hour plan to be outside, and reception will be hosted inside. If you don't feel comfortable joining us for the dinner inside, we totally understand! No matter what your decision, we are thankful for you in our lives and know that you'll be celebrating on the 19th of September - near or far!

Will the ceremony be live streamed?

Answer

We will be live streaming the ceremony via Zoom. Please check out the "schedule" tab on our website. Once you are there, there is a virtual event link that will take you to our Zoom livestream. While we hope that the quality of the audio/video is perfect, we know that this may not be the case with the natural elements of being outdoors. Should the livestream not function correctly on the day, our videographer will be taping the entire ceremony and sharing that footage with us, which we would then love to share with those who would like to watch.

How many people will be attending the wedding?

Answer

Due to the current event restrictions at our venue, we will have 150 guests with plenty of room for social distancing.

Question

Will you have the wedding outside if it is cold out? What about rain?

Answer

Unless there is heavy rain/thunderstorms, we plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside. Please plan your outfits accordingly and bring a jacket and warm shoes should the forecast be cool.
