9:30 am - 12:30 pm
We will be playing in the snow so wear a coat, beanie, and gloves! Little ones may need a helmet and goggles.
We will have hot cocoa, a fire pit, and as many sleds as we can wrangle up! If you have a camping chair please bring it so you don't have to sit in snow! If you have a sled or tube with you please bring it if you're able! You will need a snowpark pass if you plan to park at Wanoga; these can be had at most local gas stations for $6/day. There is a warming shelter at the bottom of the sledding hill with a big stove to warm up next to if you get too chilly. There are rustic restrooms on-site. There aren't any stores in the national forest so you will want to gas up and grab anything you'll be needing in town. If you are not into sledding there are some nice trails at the snow park for hiking, snowshoeing, or xc skiing. Dogs are allowed at this snow park but there will be fire, children, cars, and strangers present. The roads are salted and cleared routinely so snow tires/chains aren't required but do make for a quicker drive. The snowpark is 20 minutes from Bend and 40 from Redmond.
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The attire is semi formal, this event is indoors but it will be very cold outside and would be a good idea to dress for the weather.
Masks are required in order to enter this venue but may be removed when eating or drinking. You are welcome to park in the parking lot over night if needed. Animals and smoking are forbidden at this location. We will have GF/V dinner and dessert options.
