FAQs

Question

Why are we sending a "Save The Month" rather than a "Save The Date"?

Answer

Since we are planning an international destination wedding, we wanted to give everyone a general idea of when it will take place in 2027. We are confident the celebration will take place in Greece September 2027, the exact date and location will be finalized after our trip to Greece in May 2026. Sharing the month allows guests to begin preparing for international travel — such as checking passports, planning time off, and starting to save —while giving us the flexibility needed for thoughtful destination planning. A formal invitation with the confirmed date and details will follow once everything is finalized.

Question

Why are we collecting a soft RSVP?

Answer

Because we’re planning an international destination wedding, we’re collecting a soft RSVP to help with early planning. This allows us to estimate guest count as we explore venues, secure hotel blocks, and coordinate travel resources before finalizing our wedding date and location. This is not your official RSVP, and your response is not binding — plans can absolutely change. A formal invitation and official RSVP will follow once all details are confirmed.

Question

When should I soft RSVP by?

Answer

April 2026

Question

How many days should I plan to be in the wedding destination?

Answer

We recommend three full days.
