In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
Please RSVP as soon as possible. If we don’t hear back from you, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4pm so plan to arrive by 3:45pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed.
While we would love to host a Welcome Party for all our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. We will provide more details of the rehearsal dinner in the upcoming weeks.
Typical early July weather in Seattle is an average of 79 degrees during the day and cooler in the evening. Please bring a warm jacket as Seattle tends to have unpredictable weather even in July.
Yes, the venue has parking for all of our guests. Little to no walking is required but let us know if you need accommodation.
The venue offers an outside and an inside space for us to use. The ceremony will be held in the garden outside. The reception will also be outside but it will be a covered area in case of bad weather. The dancing floor will be inside next to the reception.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking an Uber back to your hotel, please talk to us and we will arrange transportation prior the day of the wedding. Do not drink and drive. We will have designated drivers in the family who would be more than happy to take you home.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with an open buffet. You will have a choice of at least two different meats. Don’t forget about dessert!
