WELCOME TO OUR WEDDING CAMP GROUND

Venue is open to us at 1:00pm, no sooner. On Friday June 29th 2018. You may take this time to unpack and enjoy the area. Note to Ladies : high heels wont work out here. Bring Rain coats. Cabins will be first come first serve (big families or groups can claim one large one). Stand alone vintage smaller cabins priority will be given to immediate and the wise Elders ( you know the old people). All cabins are very nice and the community cabins do have Private rooms with beds in each room, you'll just be sharing hallways and a few bathrooms with everyone else. Kind of like college dorms, you get your own room but have community bathrooms. There is also a separate stand alone Bath house only a few steps from the communal cabins as well. This is the time to get closer! remember those years at summer camp and have fun!

Dressed up Casual

You are welcome to wake up at anytime, however we ( the happy couple) are going to start our day around 7am. Breakfast will be served in the dining hall at 8am (subject to change). It could rain, so have a rain coat handy or poncho. Wear anything you like before the Ceremony begins as there will be time for everyone to play, explore, hit the lakes ice water and then change. For the ceremony, Casual attire, but maybe a little more dressed up casual. Ladies headsup heels don't work out here in the sticks theres no signal for stilettos unless you want to irrigate the lawn, but if you wanna wear them you're more than welcome to. Lunch - You can pack your own sack lunches at breakfast to enjoy later in the day. Two of the experienced NatureBridge educators will be avail from 10am-2pm. They will be happy to show everyone the old growth forest, lake & Paddling adventures in our Salish canoes, or guided naturalist hikes to Marymere Falls.

The Ceremony will begin and open for everyone to gather round and take their seats. Detailed schedules will be given to everyone at Breakfast.

Anything you want

Take the time to Play some more around the Venue camp grounds or near by trails, take to the water its up to you as The Happy NEWLY WEDS will be off taking their Photos before dinner, You'll be asked to start finding a seat for dinner around 6:30pm.

RECEPTION

Guests are welcomed to reception at 6pm, We will be coming to dinner around 630 after having our Couple wedding photos done, so please take this time to enjoy yourselves, drink, eat treats, be merry.

AFTER PARTY And CAMPGROUND FUN

Its time to Party now! This time can basically be an extension of the night after dinner, exact time will play off how the night is flowing. if you would like to change... your cabins aren't far, but its not mandatory if you would like to stay in the same clothes. Smore's will be available by camp fires, drinks, and activities all around the venue site. This is camping so bring your outdoorsman face with you! those who play instruments are welcome to bring them and have campfire jam fests, we hope you do!

Just a morning gathering to refresh, recollect, and maybe do some yoga if any of us are up for it.

This is our departing breakfast! July 1st we will all meet for breakfast around 8-9am our bags must be packed and out of the cabins and rooms by 10am but can remain on the cabin porches until departure. we must depart around 3pm that day, here you will either drive back to your airports to catch your flights, or you will have booked yourself a stay somewhere in the area if you plan to stay longer than sunday July 1st. Devon and I are planning on camping about the area for a few extra days and you are welcome to join any of our adventures we plan or take way to your own, we will let everyone know where we are exploring to as much we can. There are many places to see and explore such as water falls, hot springs, the ocean with beautiful river washed stones and the HOH Rainforest, we highly recommend staying a few extra days somewhere in the area to explore if you can manage it, make a vacation out of this trip as we would love to see you enjoy yourselves to the fullest!
