Cave Run Lake
Cave run has a wide variety of fun activities that you can indulge in. Some include kayaking, sailing, pontoon rentals, fishing, and a public beach. If you’re into hiking, there is a great spot called Lockegee Rock that is located right next to Cave run!

The Fuzzy Duck
The Fuzzy Duck serves locally roasted special-blend coffees, including the famous Fuzzy Duck & Dan’s Dark Blends every day. The fuzzy duck is not only a coffee shop, but it is a bookstore as well that has a wide variety of different selections. This is the perfect place to get a yummy drink/breakfast and find a new summer read!
Melini Cucina Italian Restaurant
This is our personal favorite dining spot in Morehead! Melini’s has a wide variety of Italian styled dishes that always impress! Our favorite dish is the Chicken Alfredo (basic I know, but I swear it is the best you will EVER taste!)
Shine Designs at The Board Room
Our caterer recently opened up her own restaurant! If you’re in the mood for some yummy sandwiches or charcuterie paired with wine, beer, or a southern sweet tea, this is the place!
Marshalls
If you know us at all, you know we love to go shopping at marshalls and tjmaxx hahaha. I think just about all of our wedding guest attire has been bought from these stores if we're going to be honest. So, don't know what to wear? No problem! Head to marshalls to get your fix!
