FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is dressy casual. We want you to feel comfortable, but also want you to try to look your best! For girls, think knee/midi/maxi dresses or skirts with sandals or heels. For guys, think short or long sleeved button downs with slacks/khakis/jeans. We kindly ask that you please reserve wearing the color white for the bride only.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, again due to limited space, only family related kiddos will be invited to our ceremony and reception. We encourage you to use this evening as your own personal date night!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. We kindly request that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you wait by the reception area until it is over.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want for everyone to be in the moment with us and allow for our amazing photographer and videographer to be able to capture our love. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having his(bourbon) and her(vodka) drinks as well as beer, seltzers, and wine! Please drink responsibly, we politely ask that if you plan on drinking multiple drinks that you arrange for reliable transportation and/or book a room at our blocked hotel floors or cottages found under the travel tab. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes!!! Please RSVP if you will or will not be attending at the very latest April 10th, 2025. We ask this so that we can gather an accurate head count for our vendors.
