How did you know we were dreaming of those crystal champagne flutes?! They’re by far the most beautiful glasses in our home and we’ve never felt fancier. You’ll have to come over soon so we can toast to you! So excited to see you in June.

It all started in the Neuro ICU, where Ben was my first preceptor. My first impression? He was cute and clearly had great taste in food-he was chowing down on Chick-fil-A lol. His first impression of me? "I'm gonna get in trouble" because he thought I was hot haha. Neither of us were looking for love, but after those first few days, I think we were both hooked without realizing it.

Our first date? Mexican food-no surprise there! We tried to keep our relationship at work, but that didn't last long. Funny enough, I had to ask "When are you going to ask me out?" on October 27th, 2022. He laughed and said "Will you be my girlfriend?" Took him long enough!

Since then we've shared so many memories-Ellie found her true dog dad, we met each other's families, moved in together, and went on adventures. On December 9th, 2023, Ben popped the question (and I didn't even have to ask this time!). Time has flown, but when you're with your soulmate, it just feels right.

The best is yet to come!
