Maid of Honor
My favorite/least favorite/only sister. Our parents love to tell the story of when we were little and Bonnie was crying about something, so I responded the way any reasonable person would by pointing to her and saying "THIS is a sad girl" then to myself, with a big smile, "THIS is a HAPPY GIRL!" Our relationship remains unchanged.
Best Man
The best thing about having an older sibling is that you do not get punished nearly as much when you get in trouble growing up. So thank you for that, Chris. It is nice to know that there is always someone that will go on trips with you across the world and pick you up when you get lost playing Pokemon: Go.
Bridesmaid
I met Dom at Northrop Grumman in 2017. The majority of the time we spend together involves misery, extreme discomfort, and occasionally ungodly amounts of mosquitos.
Groomsman
Justin's apartment was basically a second home for me throughout college. It was here that I learned that corgis will do anything for attention, including turning off an Xbox and eating a carpet.
Bridesmaid
We met in 2017 when Rebecca stalked me on the internet and decided to be my friend. Rebecca believes my worst quality is my love of birds, but in reality her worst quality is her hatred of them. She plans to wear this $20 goodwill wedding dress to the wedding.
Groomsman
Justin and I met at Denver Bouldering Club when he inquired about the ninja noisies that another friend and I were making while climbing. Favorite memory together is starting a 14er (Mt. of the Holy Cross) at 12PM after being extremely hungover and somehow making it out just as it became pitch black outside.
Bridesmaid
Shauna started off as Jamie’s friend but I stole her away. My main reason for asking her to be in the wedding is that she’s as obsessed with my engagement ring as I am.
Groomsman
Catfished me in World of Warcraft and now we're best friends. Other highlights include going to a movie together in Orem, Utah and not meeting up in San Diego, despite only being 20 minutes away from each other.
Flower Girl
My (Sarah's) niece, the most perfect member of the wedding party. She recently started telling me she loves me so that's all the validation I will ever need.
Flower Girl
I haven’t even met her yet, but I already know all about her little personality. June won’t be old enough to walk down the aisle with her big sister, but I’m still counting her. I just can’t let that perfect hair go to waste!
Ring Doggo
Luna is another very perfect member of the bridal party. She is an extremely skilled snorer, an accomplished snow frolicker, and is virtuoso of tracking mud into the house.
