On April 12, 2025, Trevor and Sarah decided to go to a friend’s Passover party. Trevor was sitting in the living room when Sarah walked in, and, trying not to be awkward, she went to go say hi to him because they had met a couple weeks back. Sarah asked, "Hey how's it going?" very confidently. Trevor looks up and says, "Good, how about you?" "Good," she replies. Trevor chimes in and asks, "Can you remind me your name?" Sarah, "Oh, Sarah." Trevor, "Cool, I'm Trevor." And it was at this moment Sarah realized she had actually never met Trevor, and thought he was a completely different person. She thought to her herself, "Play it cool. He'll never know." The evening went on, and the two continued to venture further into conversation with one another, seemingly ignoring the entirety of the party. A group asked, "You two want to play Catan?" To which Sarah said, "Eh, not really." And Trevor couldn't have been happier. And so they stayed in conversation for hours, and leaving the party that night, they both thought to themselves, "Huh, that might be something..." Over the next couple months as they joined friends for dinner parties and late night music sessions around the campfire, they would always find themselves together, talking, as if no one else existed. Fast forward to late July, as another night was coming to a close, and Sarah said, "Alright guys, I'm calling it," Trevor said, "Me too." They cleaned up their dishes from dinner and walked out together. Before parting ways, Trevor turned and asked, "Hey Sarah, can I take you out to dinner sometime?" And he didn't even finish before Sarah blurted out, "Yeah!" And the rest? Well, you know the rest.
