Welcome dinner and wedding/reception locations are all within 15 minutes of Pensacola airport. Uber should be able to handle all of your required travel needs. There will also be a trolley (limited space) doing shuttles from the hotels to St. Thomas More, to the reception venue, and back to the downtown area at the end of the night.
