Bride
Sarah, the bride to be, grew up in Chattanooga Tennessee with her loving family—dad Brad, mom Jen, and older brother Mike. Sarah graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing and currently works at a level 1 trauma hospital in the pediatric emergency room as a nurse, and has found her passion.
Groom
Nicolas, the groom, spent his childhood on the island of Roatan, Honduras. Growing up by the love of his family—his father Samir, mother Joni, sister Sabrina, and brother Aidan. Nicolas graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently working for McLemore golf club and resort.
Maid of Honor
Kayden and Sarah have been inseparable since they met at the age of three. Though not related, they consider each other as sisters. In May '23, Kayden tied the knot with Bryce, with Sarah as her Maid of Honor. Kayden currently works at a pain clinic and also assists her husband's business on the side.
Best Man
Aidan, Nicolas's 15-year-old brother, is not only his best man but also the brother Nicolas always wanted. Since Aidan's birth, they've been inseparable and have grown even closer over time. Aidan has always kept up with his older brother and cousins, and Nicolas strives to be a great role model for him. Aidan and Sarah have become close friends as well, making Aidan the perfect third-wheel. Despite the age difference, Nicolas and Aidan share an unbreakable bond, making Aidan the ideal choice for the best man on this special day.
Bridesmaid
Karina and Sarah became friends during the beginning of nursing school and became best friends by the end. They cherish their friendship with FaceTime calls, fun-filled couples trips, and laughter-filled outings. Karina currently works as a cardiovascular ICU nurse at Erlanger. Karina got engaged to Justin Moore, her longtime boyfriend, on a couples trip with Nicolas and Sarah in the Dominican republic.
Groomsman
Trevor and Nicolas grew up as double cousins, sharing a close bond that made Trevor feel like another brother in the family. Trevor would visit Nicolas in Roatan during summer breaks, where they enjoyed activities like dolphin camp and driving golf carts in their grandparents' garden. They've taken numerous family vacations together over the years and make sure to spend time with each other whenever possible. Trevor serves in the US Navy reserves and is currently a senior at the University of South Florida, pursuing a degree in Business.
Bridesmaid
Mandy and Sarah have been best friends since they were babies, thanks to their parents' close friendship. They grew up together, enjoying sleepovers, camping trips, and celebrating important moments in each other's lives. Mandy is currently studying for her doctorate in physical therapy at LMU and will graduate in 2026.
Groomsman
Jordon and Nicolas have been close cousins since they were babies. They were inseparable throughout elementary school, spending every day together and having fun playing sports, riding motorcycles, and having sleepovers. In high school and college, they were roommates, creating more memorable moments. Their bond with Sarah grew when they all attended GCA, and they spent time together during breaks. During their senior year of high school, Sarah shared her feelings for Nicolas with Jordon, asking him to keep it a secret. However, Nicolas eventually found out, and it sparked the start of their relationship. Jordon graduated in December with a degree in Business Administration from SAU and plans to work for Hyde Shipping in South Florida.
Bridesmaid
Taylor and Sarah instantly clicked when they met in high school. They shared many memorable moments, from skiing trips in Virginia to weekends at each other's houses. Taylor's family even brought Sarah along to Hawaii for Thanksgiving. In the midst of it all, Taylor discovered her love for dentistry during a transformative experience as a student missionary in Africa, where she assisted with a traveling dental clinic. Now back home, Taylor is fully committed to pursuing dental school.
Groomsman
Braden has been one of Sarah's closest friends since their toddler years, almost like a second brother to her. However, since Nic entered the picture, the two have formed a close bond, often making plans that don't include Sarah. Braden is set to graduate in May with a degree in wellness management and is currently employed as a political consultant at Atlas Strategies.
Bridesmaid
Maison and Sarah's friendship evolved as co-managers of an aftercare program in college. Maison embarked on a year-long missionary trip to Africa shortly after. Upon Maison's return, they found themselves on the same level in nursing school, quickly reigniting their friendship. Currently, Maison thrives as a dedicated nurse at Erlanger's Mother-Baby unit and is happily engaged to Tre Smith.
Groomsman
Evan and Nicolas are close cousins who grew up together. They enjoyed fun-filled sleepovers, playing outside, and building Lego cities as kids. Their bond strengthened when Nicolas joined Evan at GCA for high school. It was during this time that Nicolas became friends with Sarah, and their relationship blossomed during an Ecuador mission trip. A pivotal conversation with Evan prompted Nicolas to ask Sarah out, leading to their official status as a couple. The two graduated together from high school and college, Evan graduated with a degree in international Business and works as an account manager for U.S Xpress in Chattanooga.
Bridesmaid
Sabrina, who is Nicolas' older sister, now becomes Sarah's older sister too. This brings joy to Sarah, as she had always wished for a sister but never had one. Sabrina has been working as an ER nurse at Memorial for the past five years and is currently working towards becoming a family nurse practitioner.
Groomsman
Mike, Sarah's older brother, entered Nicolas's life prior to his meeting Sarah during their time at GCA. Back then, Mike served as a Resident Assistant in the boys' dormitory, where he and Nicolas first crossed paths. Presently, Mike holds the role of an Aviation Mechanic with Star Aviation Services at the Chattanooga Airport.
Flower Girl
Ava came into the world after Nicolas and Sarah had already spent several years together. They consider themselves incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to witness her grow up and be an integral part of her life. Now, Ava has become an essential part of their special day as the flower girl, and is excited for what she calls “my wedding.” Throughout her days, Ava tries to keep up with her two older brothers, Isaac and Moses.
Ring Bearer
Moses, the youngest boy cousin, has grown up before Nicolas’s eyes. When Sarah entered Nicolas' life, she also had the chance to meet Moses. They frequently visit Moses, his older brother Isaac, and their younger sister Ava, engaging in joyful playtime together. Currently in kindergarten, Moses has a passion for playing soccer.
