In this section you'll find questions and answers that you may have. If you have a question you don't see here, feel free to reach out to the bride and groom at (423) 413-6638 and we'll be able to answer any other question!
Question

How do I rsvp? When should I rsvp by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before March 1, If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a ‘no’ as we will be sending the final headcount’s to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list “(your name) & Guest.” For families, it will list “(your name) & Family” or “The (your last name) Family”. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see that as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend suit and tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans please!

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (plus one or partner).

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The actual ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be inside.

Question

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is complimentary parking directly in front of the venue, a very short walk!

Question

Am I allowed to take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony which means that we ask all guests to turn their phones off for the duration of the ceremony to be present in the moment with us. We will have a designated person making an announcement to make sure phones are away during the ceremony. Guests can take as many photos during the reception that they choose to take.

Question

Can I take an item off of a couple’s Zola registry if I decide to purchase it elsewhere?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to Zola at (408) 657-9652, or contact them so they can go ahead and mark that item as purchased. They will need both of the couple's full names, the wedding date, and the item(s) purchased. Also, they will need your full name, and the order confirmation number.
