Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Sarah McLarty and Mikey Chase
Reservations are recommended and account for heavier traffic by the shore. CT is best experienced by car, but if you're feeling adventurous the train system isn't too difficult to navigate. The MTA runs from NYC to New Haven. CT Rail runs from New Haven to Hartford and towards RI. Amtrak and Acela also cover CT/NY/RI, but are typically more costly. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah or Mikey. https://www.visitconnecticut.com/state/

Experience the Pizza Capital of the United States

New Haven, CT

Parking in New Haven can sometimes be challenging. If you're off-peak hours you can find street parking; otherwise, it's best to find a paid parking garage and walk. New Haven is like any city and although it is safe, please use caution. New Haven has many historical Brown Stone buildings and the Yale University campus. Temple Street, near the Omni Hotel, is a nice area to walk around. Sally's Apizza 237 Wooster Street, New Haven This is the original location, expect long lines. They have other locations that we believe are equally as good. Frank Pepe's Pizzeria 157 Wooster St, New Haven This is the original location, expect long lines. Modern Apizza 874 State Street, New Haven This is Mikey's favorite, you can also expect long lines here. BAR 254 Crown St, New Haven This is Sarah's favorite, mostly because they take reservations. Recommend the mashed potato pizza.
