What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is starting at 5pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:50pm to take your seat.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate young children of families who are traveling from out of state as well as Sarah's nephews and niece. The RSVP form and your wedding invite envelop will reflect invited guests. Feel free to ask if you are unsure!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged for a hotel block at The Farmington Inn. Guests should ask for the McLarty-Chase Wedding Block or Group #2025MCLA

Is there transportation provided from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the wedding venue. The shuttle will start making trips to the venue from the hotel at 4pm and run every 20 minutes until 4:40pm. Do not wait for the last shuttle, it accommodates up to 12 guests at a time. The shuttle will then resume again at 10pm from the venue to the hotel every 20 minutes until 11:20pm.
