2:40pm Arrive Williams Inn, 2:55 Depart
3:15 Bus will arrive at Bloom Meadows
(Bus will park at venue and be available for any trips back to hotels during the evening)
Shuttles back to both hotels at 9:15 and 10:15

The ceremony will be outdoors on the grass. Weather in the Berkshires in October is unpredictable and it can either be really warm and beautiful or on the chillier side. If you run cold, we would definitely recommend bringing a shawl or light sweater to err on the safe side.
