Please join us Friday evening as we kick off the weekend festivities with a welcome party for all of our family and friends at Mecklenburg Gardens near campus! There will be a cash bar available to purchase drinks, and some light snacks. There is a small parking lot located at the NW corner of Donahue St. and Highland Ave. as well as some street parking in the neighborhood. But with all that tasty German beer available why drive?! We encourage you to Uber/Lyft as it is not far from the downtown hotels.

Parking is located in the parking lot just NE of the church off of Herman St. as well as street parking.

Doors will not open until 4! Please plan accordingly. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Parking will be validated if you park at the Mid-Town garage across the street from the Grand Ballroom (corner of E 5th St. and Scott Blvd. in Covington, KY).

Doors open at 4:00 (make sure you have your dancing shoes on!) Buffet menu items: -Mixed field greens, hearts of romaine, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, candied walnuts drizzled with a raspberry vinaigrette -Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin served with Plum Walnut Chutney -Panko Encrusted Tilapia pan seared with Garlic Aioli -Whipped potatoes with a blend of garlic and butter -Fresh zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, red bell pepper and carrots seasoned with butter, garlic and fresh herbs -Belgian baby carrots glazed with a sweet orange butter Parking will be validated if you park at the Mid-Town garage across the street from the Grand Ballroom (corner of E 5th St. and Scott Blvd. in Covington, KY).
