Sarah and Mark met on Match.com at a time when the world had stopped. We were 2 months into the pandemic and beginning to feel a little cooped up. Sarah was attempting to try the online dating scene again after a hard break-up. Mark recognized Sarah's profile immediately when he saw her picture and the line "The way to my heart is through some lobster mac n' cheese" listed in her "About Me" section. The two had talked a year prior, but Mark was getting over his own relationship and Sarah met someone else before he could ask her out. Mark remembered that Sarah had let him down nicely and wished him the best. Fast forward to May 31, 2020. Mark was still taking his time, according to Sarah, and she couldn't even tell if he really liked her. But after a few weeks of talking online and texting the two met up for a socially distant walk in Boston Common and North End shrimp scampi pizza outside on the Greenway. This was not a typical first date as the world was still shut down. Within a few minutes of talking they both could realize their similar backgrounds and interests. Mark drove Sarah home while blasting Pirate Shanty's, Disney, Backstreet Boys, and N'Sync in the car. From that moment on Sarah knew it was true love!
