These are great options for families or groups traveling together, and can make your wedding weekend feel like a true coastal getaway! We also encourage you to check out the many local bed and breakfasts as well.

If opting to fly... The closest airport to us and the venue is the Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN) in New Bern, NC, about a 1-hour drive to Beaufort. The next closest airport is the Albert J. Ellis Airport (OAJ) in Jacksonville, NC, roughly 1.5 hours from Beaufort. The Wilmington International Airport (ILM) in Wilmington, NC is another great option, located about 2 hours from Beaufort. Lastly, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is the closest major airport with the most flight options, approximately a 3-hour drive to Beaufort. We recommend renting a car for the weekend, as rideshare services in the Beaufort area can be limited.

We personally love the Breeze Airways flight directly from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to our closest airport, Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN)! Breeze offers this route twice a week — on Fridays and Mondays — which makes it perfect for a wedding weekend getaway. We’ve flown this route many times and can confidently say Breeze is amazing!
