The desert is a magical place and we feel Georgia O’Keeffe captures the essence of the desert in a profound way. Sarah has sprinkled some of our favorite O’Keeffe art throughout our house in Houston and the museum is a lovely place to find your own favorites!
Hervé Wine Bar
The Herve Wine Bar in Santa Fe, NM is a concept from the Lescombes Winery which is based out of Deming, NM. Daveed and Sarah first tried their wine at their Las Cruces, NM tasting room. Since then Lescombes has been a staple anytime they’ve visited her home town and last year we stumbled upon this wine bar while exploring the Santa Fe Plaza. Come tuck yourself in and enjoy a glass of wine!
Hiking around Taos
There are plenty of trails in the surrounding mountains and ski valley. Two that are good places to start are the Williams Lake Trail (Moderate) and Wheeler Peak Trail (Difficult).
