What is the attire?

Answer

Formal attire/black tie optional, but it may get chilly! Suits for the gentlemen, and tea-length or long dresses for the ladies with a nice jacket or shawl would be appropriate. The venue is primarily grass and gravel. Stilettos are not recommended.

What will the weather be like in Taos, NM?

Answer

In early-mid October the weather fluctuates between 70s during the day and 50s in the early evenings. Our wedding will be outdoors in the Hacienda del Sol courtyards and we plan to have heaters in the evening. If it rains the show will still go on!

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! We are very excited to welcome everyone to Taos on Friday, October 9th at a local winery for a welcome happy hour. If you are able to join us, please make sure to let us know in the RSVP!

Will there be a shuttle to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle to and from the venue will be provided from the recommended hotel. Hotel recommendation TBD (est. April 2026).
