(unless you'd like to donate for travel expenses) You can save a life just by flying to the states. A hassle free volunteer opportunity to help a "Crucian" dog/puppy or cat/kitten find its Fur-ever home. This program gives the animal a greater chance of being adopted into a loving home! All you have to do is call the animal shelter with your flight information and they will set everything up!
Doggy Day Out
You can take a dog for a hike, a drive around the island to see the sights, a walk around town, or for lunch on the boardwalk. You can even turn the day out into a sleepover if that is better for your schedule. Everything is better with a dog at your side! Contact our adoption center, The Pet Place, for details. 340-725-PETS (7387). Or just stop by - no reservations or advance planning is required, and of course it’s free. The Pet Place is on Northside Road in Princesse, next to Food Town, open Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm.
