YES YES ABSOLUTELY YES. St. Croix does not have local transportation such as Uber or Lyft, and the Taxi's are few and far between. Getting a rental car is a MUST. You MUST be 25+ to rent a car on the island. I've included a list of suggestions under the travel tab. Please keep in mind we drive on the LEFT SIDE of the road, the maintenance of the roads is not the best, so please drive slowly and look out for potholes.
Although we are not allowing kids at the ceremony or reception, we would love to have your kids or other family join you on St. Croix, you’re on vacation after all! If you need a babysitter, Sarah has a list of reliable babysitters on island. She has also enlisted the help of a local sports team from her high school to help them raise money for travel.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time to allow yourself time to grab a drink (or 2) before being seated.
I'm so glad you asked! The St. Croix Animal Shelter has a program called "Paws from Paradise" and are always looking for volunteers to help transport animals to their sister shelters in the states. This is a no-hands hassle free volunteer opportunity. You simply call The St. Croix Animal Shelter, let them know your flight details and they'll let you know if your flight path helps them. You don't have to pay any additional fees (unless you would like to donate for travel expenses) or carry the cat or dog at all (unless you offer to carry a smaller sized pet on board with you under your seat). They simply just use your name to help transpor the dog. When you get to your final destination you are free to go and the sister company will pick up the animal for you.
Yes! There are a few other events we’d love for you to join. Please visit our Schedule of Events page for more information.
Yes, please see the Registry tab, everything is linked and available through there.
