Barely on for 12 hours, Sarah & Brielle matched. It was fate, modern dating style. From their first chat, sparks flew. Sarah wasted no time and invited Brielle to join her for a drink at The Crunkleton in Chapel Hill. Brielle made the trek from Raleigh, and that first meeting was magical: two kindred spirits discovering a shared love for eclectic music, cooking adventures, big ambitions, and, of course, their beloved cats. Brielle quickly figured out how to unleash Sarah’s infamous belly laugh—a moment that sealed the deal for Sarah, who knew she was officially smitten. Fast forward to September 6, 2025. Brielle led a sleepy, post-call Sarah back to the very spot where their story began—right in front of The Crunkleton (with the permission of the ecstatic owner, Gary Crunkleton). With friends hiding nearby and hearts full, Brielle asked Sarah to marry her. Sarah said “yes,” and their friends leapt out, toasting the couple, and celebrating the newly engaged lovebirds.
