This is hands down one of the coolest speakeasys we’ve ever been to! We highly suggest checking this place out! Ulew doesn’t have a cocktail menu, instead, each drink is personalized specially for you. You describe who you are, what your feeling, what brought you here, and of course your favorite liquors, smells, colors, flavors, etc. and the bartenders will do the work! Each drink is curated right on the spot and is delivered on (or sometimes in) a unique type of way and comes in different variations of glasses or containers that the bartender specifically chooses based on who you are and what you describe. You never know what to expect, except for a good time! Ulew also has a rooftop bar with seating and DJ/Live music, overlooking the city and surrounding mountains & volcanos. We highly suggest checking this place out!
