If you are arriving in Steamboat early, come play a pickleball match with us! We have 5 courts reserved. Weather permitting, we'll play outside. If the weather isn't great, it will be inside.

Join us for a casual welcome reception as guests arrive in town. Pizza and light bites, drinks, and stunning mountain views to kick off the weekend.

Ceremony & Reception

3:30 PM – Guests take the Steamboat Gondola up to the Thunderhead Lawn. Guests will be required to check in with an attendant at the base of the gondola. 4:00 PM – Ceremony - Thunderhead Lawn 4:30 PM – Cocktail hour 6:00 PM – Dinner & dancing - Champagne Powder Room 11:45 PM - Party ends and guests required to take gondola down to base by midnight.
