The State House has complimentary breakfast and allows pets. Mention that you are booking under the Christiansen/Lucey wedding block for a special rate of $99/night plus tax. This is the closer to the venue but a little bit of a walk from the downtown afterparty. Book your room by Aug 1!

This airport is so cute! It only flies to/from Chicago and Dallas but once you land you'll be a five minute drive to the hotel (or anywhere else in Springfield - this is not a big city). There are taxis or Uber, and also car rentals.

Want to travel in from Chicago but those pesky planes fly too fast? Take the train! It takes longer but is plausibly more comfortable and you'll get to see all the dang corn this state has.
