Walking loop trail on campus.
Alpine Inn, formerly Zott's
Formerly a biker stop, now a place that has a horse-hitching post. Has a huge backyard and pints of beer. Sarah spent her 28th birthday here drinking a pitcher of beer straight from the spout.
Treehouse
In Rob's opinion, Treehouse is the last best place Stanford hasn't shut down. Try the jalapeño burger or the wet burrito. Rob spent the night of the 2016 presidential election here. Much beer was consumed.

British pub with a great trivia night on Tuesdays!
El Grullense
Palo Alto tacos, open late. Rob and Victor's favorite! We've spent many a late night here and at Happy Donuts, thanks to Victor's car Carlitos.

Pretty average donuts but we have fond memories. Open 24/7. Doissants available.
Winchester House
Rob took Sarah on a date here once. He didn't know she already went in 4th grade for a friend's birthday party.
Pho Kim Long
Sarah's parents have been taking her here since she was a bebe. Best pho in San Jose, even though her cousins would disagree

Sarah grew up getting banh mi cha (#14 PORK ROLL & PÂTÉ) from here. There are multiple locations - go to any of 'em!

Visit wineries in Napa Valley.
Cocotte
Rob took Sarah here for her 22nd birthday. We still remember those duck fat fries. Best fries Sarah's ever had.
Art's Cafe
Really cute spot! Counter seating only. Great hash browns. Rob and Sarah went here on a date in 2016. We came back in 2021 while wedding planning. Hash browns still bomb.
Cellarmaker Brewing Co.
Great IPAs. We went here after Sarah's first day at her start-up internship in 2016.

Rob's favorite hot dog shop - they're all good, but try the Calabrese.
