The shuttles will be picking up and dropping off at the Park Place Hotel. There is a parking garage located on 303 E State Street across from the hotel where guests can pay to park their car during the wedding and reception if using the shuttle.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Ceremony will be held OUTDOORS on an overlook. When you arrive onsite, shuttles will take you up to the overlook for the ceremony. Once concluded, the same shuttles will take guests back down to the reception tent area for cocktail hour. Please allot ~30 minutes after arriving at Gallagher Farms to shuttle to the ceremony overlook so we can remain on schedule. Early arrivals will get to soak in the views of the overlook- it won't disappoint. Cocktail Hour will be held in a grassy area outside of the reception tent. We advise that ladies wear a flat or block heel to avoid difficulty walking in the grass. The Reception will be held in a tent with concrete flooring. Depending on weather, there will be heaters throughout the tent.
