Flight Options

Denver International Airport (DIA) is the easiest airport to fly into you. There are various shuttle options to take from DIA to Vail as well. Another option is Eagle Country Airport, it is approximately 40 minutes to Vail. Although closer, it is more costly and usually has more layovers.

Denver International Airport is a 2-hour drive from Vail through the Rockies and the Continental Divide. There are rental car and shuttle companies (see below) to help with the trip.

Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport is a 40-minute drive to Vail. There are rental car and shuttle companies (see below) to help with the trip. However, many times it is not a direct flight.

Hotel Information

Guests must call (855) 953-0197 to book lodging. Guests can call every day from 8am-5pm Mountain Time. The Group Code below allows guests to book there hotel up to 20% off retail rates at the time. Make sure you book early, July is the busiest month in the Summer at Vail!

This is where we will be having our rehearsal dinner and drinks. It is located in LIONSHEAD VILLAGE. It also is at the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola that will take you to the Ceremony Wedding Deck. The bride, groom and family will be lodging here as well.

This is where we will be having our Reception. It is located in VAIL VILLAGE. Please note, if you are lodging here you will have to take a shuttle from the hotel to the EAGLE BAHN Gondola in LIONSHEAD VILLAGE, which is approximately 1 mile from Vail Village.
