Mountain Casual, Colorful Sundresses
The Gardens is located in Ford Park, east of Vail Village. We are next to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, below Ford Park athletic fields and across the creek from Manor Vail Lodge and Golden Peak. This will be an outdoor covered event. Walk: east along South Frontage Road to Ford Park, just east of The Wren condominiums OR take the path alongside Gore Creek to Ford Park. 10-minute walk from Vail Village. Bus stops: Free in-town bus to Golden Peak, walk across the street through Manor Vail Lodge breezeway into Ford Park. Or take the bus to Ford Park bus stop and walk past tennis courts into the Gardens. Orange, Blue or Yellow routes. PARKING Vail Village Parking Structure: Exit 176, head east on South Frontage Road (resort side). The Gardens are located in Ford Park to the east of the parking structure, 7-10-minute walk. Ford Park Parking Lot: Half mile east of the Vail Village parking structure. Park and follow the brick path down to the Gardens, 3-5-minute walk.

Ceremony 2:10 pm - Transportation from Lodge at Vail to the Lionshead Eagle Bahn Gondola. Look for the black VESS Limo Mercedes Sprinter Shuttles in the front valet area of Lodge at Vail. There will also be shuttles after the ceremony back to the Lodge at Vail for cocktail hour and the reception. Please allow 30 minutes from the base of Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village to get to the ceremony location at the top of the mountain. Parking is available at the Lionshead Parking Structure or you can take the village bus to Lionshead. Comfortable shoes for walking and a light jacket or shawl are a must have for the wedding ceremony. You can bring a change of shoes with you for the reception if desired.

International Ballroom & Terrace After the ceremony, take the gondola down to Lionshead Village. You will then walk through the village and will take the VESS Limo black Mercedes Sprinter Shuttles over to the Lodge at Vail for the wedding reception. The shuttles will be parked across the street from the Lionshead Village bus stop on East Lionshead Circle. Shuttles will be looping guests to the reception from 3:45 - 4:45PM. 9:30 - 10:30 pm - Vess Limo Shuttles will take After Party guests to Chasing Rabbits and other guests back to The Arrabelle or their lodging in Vail until 10:30PM

For the after party at The Rabbit Hole, think fun + elevated: smart casual to cocktail attire. Dresses, dressy tops, blazers, or cool suits work great. Feel free to rock a bold accessory or statement piece! No ski boots allowed, and go for comfy-chic shoes—we’ll be dancing and hitting the arcade. Let’s party!
Be sure to bring your ID to get in! You will be checked in at the side door and given a ticket for a complimentary drink. Vess Limo Sprinter Shuttle will be at the top level of the Vail Transportation Center from 1-2AM for return transportation back to The Arrabelle or other lodging locations for guests.
