Question

Answer

We adore of all your kiddos! However, due to limited space, we can only accommodate children that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out for yourself and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will start at 4:30 CST sharp. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to allow enough time for parking, signing our guestbook, and to find a seat prior to the start of the ceremony.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day in Pakistani or American formal attire. We kindly request that no one wears jeans or shorts.

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Knotting Hill Place. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is large parking lot on the premises for all guests

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. We’d hate to have a will-intentioned person’s phone or device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have listed two hotels under the travel section with direct links for a discounted rate

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and there will be alcoholic as well as nonalcoholic options.
