We got to know each other playing in the same pick-up soccer league, followed by post-game diner brunches with our friends. Pay homage to jogo bonito with a Saturday morning game at the field where we kicked things off! Pun intended.
We had our first unofficial date rock climbing here š Afterwards, Sarah got belay-certified so she could impress Nick.
We often pass the time here with friends. Sarah spends many nights gushing about Nick to Julia (her now bridesmaid) while they snack on waffles and sit on the stoop people-watching. š§ Tip: make sure you get the ice cream on the side, NOT on the waffle.
We first met at a housewarming party of mutual friends near Bakery Square :) Later, when we started dating, we had many Jeni's ice cream dates here followed by long walks along Beechwood Boulevard, across from Mellon Park. Nick officially asked Sarah to be his girlfriend during one of these summer walks.

Catholic cathedral just up the street from St. Nick's. Sarah goes here when she is on campus or when she's running late to her neighborhood parish of Sacred Heart (St. Jude) in Shadyside.
The wedding ceremony will take place here. This is the church where Nick was baptized and raised, and where he continues to go to today.
