4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Dressy Casual Attire: sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, etc. Feel free to add your own western flair. We also suggest bringing a cover-up or jacket, as the sanctuary may be a bit chilly.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To ensure you don’t miss any part of the ceremony, we recommend arriving early (earlier than 30 minutes is not necessary). Please note that late arrivals will need to wait to enter the church until after the bride has already walked down the aisle. We also kindly invite you to keep in mind the nature of the sanctuary; it is a sacred space that we feel honored to enter with you. And so, out of respect, we ask that phones be silenced and not used during the ceremony and that men and women alike consider modest attire while in the sanctuary. The ceremony is itself a prayer — a sacred, ancient liturgy from beginning to end — and we invite you to be mindfully present with us in that prayer. We love you very much and will be glad to see you there.
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Please join us immediately following the ceremony for a cocktail hour with light refreshments before dinner and dancing at the historic La Fonda hotel across the street from the Cathedral. We pray one of New Mexico's famous sunsets will make an appearance for you and can't wait to see you for a night of celebration!
