4:00pm - Welcome Welcome to our wedding! The doors will open at 4:00pm for your arrival. We invite guests to sign our guestbook and find a seat for the ceremony. 4:30pm - Ceremony The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm. We ask that no phones be used during this special time. 5:00pm - Cocktail Hour Immediately following the ceremony, we invite our guests to a cocktail hour with drinks and snacks downstairs while the ballroom is transformed for the reception and the wedding party takes photos. 6:00pm - Dinner and Reception Dinner will be served following the couple's Grand Entrance and First Dance. Then it is time to boogie the night away with some liquid courage! Enjoy a cocktail or two on us at the reception and join us on the dance floor. 9:30pm - Send Off It's time to wish the newlyweds off into their new lives with a beautiful sparkler send off.
