It's finally happening! We're getting married!

Jenna first set eyes on Matt at a mutual friend's birthday party and thought to herself, "hubba hubba!" and let's be honest - she was not wrong. Fast forward a few years and Matt reached out to Jenna on a dating app with an intro that would make any woman swoon. "Hey." Jenna instantly fell head over heels and after a short time of chit chatting, they had their first date on a rainy night on October 30th, 2015. Jenna showed up fashionably late, but looking stunning and wearing her trademark ear to ear smile. Matt was smitten the first time he saw her. The date was great and everything they had hoped for. By their second date, Matt was already telling people he was going to marry that girl. After a short two year stint dating long distance while Matt explored new possibilities in California, Matt triumphantly returned to his love in Texas with his original plan to marry Jenna.

With some time and money, Matt bought the ring he was ready to put on Jenna's finger. He surprised her at work and coordinated for her to have the rest of the day off. Together they set off to Fort Worth where Matt surprised Jenna with the opportunity to meet her favorite animal...an otter! The otter, Alexander, was a delight. Jenna got to pet, play with, and feed the little guy - making a dream come true for her. After an "otterly" unbelievable experience, Matt took Jenna outside, got down on one knee and popped the question. Without hesitation she said yes, and their fates were sealed together forever! To celebrate, Matt took Jenna to one of their favorite restaurants where Jenna had another surprise waiting. Matt had her friends meet at the restaurant to celebrate with the couple and make the evening even more memorable. After planning, re-planning, canceling, and re-tinkering wedding plans, things finally came together and the couple is thrilled to exchange vows in front of their friends and family on January 15, 2022.
