We are busy arranging private transportation for the wedding day. We will keep everyone updated on the pickup location
For the welcome party: Smart casual For the wedding: Summer cocktail attire. Formal but fun. Dress for an evening wedding but please stay cool. For the men we ask that you wear suits, but ties are not required. Colo(u)r is very much encouraged! Stiletto heels are strongly advised against. Platform wedges or a low block heel is more suitable. For pool party: Pool party chic. Make sure to bring your swim suits and copious amounts of sun screen! Points for matching beach wear.
Although the island is extremely child-friendly, sadly our festivities are not. We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate any children at our wedding. If you are thinking of bringing the kids for an extended Mallorca trip, we can recommend some great nanny and babysitting agencies should you require them for the duration of our wedding celebrations.
As much as we’d love to say ‘the more the merrier’ we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.
For context, in a normal year, Mallorca in early July is around 30ºc (88ºf) at the height of the day, and can still be around 25ºc (77ºf) by 6pm. And it can sometimes be hotter. Don’t worry, we’re taking steps to ensure you don’t melt and our entire wedding will be shaded from the blaring Spanish sun.
Yes and yes! Please feel free to take your own snaps of our special day. All we ask is that you please be discreet during our ceremony.
You will need at least 6 months left on your passport to enter Mallorca/Spain and your document must be less than 10 years old. IMPORTANT: New rules for American and UK citizens apply starting mid-2025: https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias/who-should-apply_en#applicant-countries – we will keep everyone updated on this, as the application process is not yet open. We advise getting travel insurance if you can. It’s helpful in case you get sick or delayed, etc… For the Americans, we've personally never had any issues but it's worth double checking with your car reservation company if they require an international drivers’ permit. If so, they can be obtained here: https://northeast.aaa.com/travel/plan-your-trip/international-driving-permit.html.
We are recommending our guests stay in the Port de Soller due to its close proximity to all of our venues across the three days. All of the hotels in the Port de Soller are a short 5-10 minute walk to our welcome party at Suculenta. If you are not staying close by, then you will have to make your own way to and from the party. Wedding day: Transportation will be provided to and from the venue if you are staying in Port de Soller. Unfortunately, if you are staying elsewhere on the island you will have to arrange your own transportation. Please book in advance as taxis can be hard to come by (especially at 3am!) Our recovery pool party will be held at a private villa which is a short car ride from the Port de Soller. Please note this is walkable but it’s along a main (windy) road. You should have no problem getting a taxi from your hotel or along the port.
