When shoud I RSVP by?

Answer

Well, first you should rephrase the question so that it does not end with a dangling preposition. Unfortunately this site doesn't allow us to change it. Moving on, please give us a heads up by the middle to end of May. Earlier is always better. Thank you, kindly!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have all that we need but if you would like to contribute some dolla dolla bills ya'll, see "Our Honey Fund" on the Registry link. If you have something else in mind, we're down for that, too. Just bring you! Sharing this joyful day with our most important people is the best gift of all!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will be opened at 1:30PM at The Village Chapel. The ceremony will begin at 2:00PM sharp. Come whenever the spirit of love moves you! But if the spirit moves you after 2:00PM, you'll have to enter through the rear chapel doors and come up the old, narrow stairway. There should be a person and/or sign outside to show you the way.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is certainly a formal affair, but let's keep it comfortable, shall we? It's supposed to be nearly 90 degrees, plus humidity, on our wedding day! The only outdoor portion, however, is cocktail hour under a large, lovely tent in the front of Ruby. Dinner will be seated. And whatever you wear, make sure you can dance in it! Yowza!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP has a "guest name" field, then most certainly! Just let us know so we make sure to set a place for him or her at the table.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We know we have vegan, gluten-free, etc folks in our crew. Just let us know. And don't think we won't have gluten-free cupcakes available for dessert!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free and available parking for both! The Village Chapel has a large parking lot on site. Ruby will have a parking director out front to point you to the lot at the school next door. Ruby contracts with the school, so it's available for all events.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is our only no. Since our guest list is small, *ahem* exclusive, we didn't want to limit everyone to any certain hotel. Don't worry, Nashville is not as big as everyone thinks it is, and there are always Ubers or Lyfts available!

Are there other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be an "un" rehearsal dinner at 6:00PM on Friday, June 22 at Sambuca. We would love to see and hug everyone that would like to come enjoy dinner and drinks with us before the big We Do.

How do I reach out with any other questions or requests?

Answer

Call us, baby! We also really love emails and texts. This will be an intimate affair with everyone we love and consider our family. We are planning everything ourselves, so please reach out to us directly.
