7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
This will be just a casual get-together for anyone who arrives on Thursday night and wants to hang out. We are reserving some tables at a cool brewery in Germantown and will have some appetizers and pizza for anyone who is hungry. They sell drinks other than beer too (namely a frozen marg and espresso martini, both delicious). If you do plan on coming — make sure you go to the Germantown location not the others! It’s a 5 min uber or 20 min walk from downtown/broadway.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail/ Formal attire welcome! Tuxedos and floor length gowns are not required but suits and ties are preferred. Nashville’s known for its mix of elegance and fun, so dress to impress while keeping it lighthearted and ready for a good time!
We ask that guests arrive by 5 p.m. and are in their seats by the time the ceremony starts at 5:30. (A good idea would be to schedule an Uber ahead of time.) Cocktail hour will start after the ceremony. And then, reception and dinner will follow. Samantha and Zack might plan to go out to bars on Broadway after that ... if they can stay awake. Their bedtime is usually at 9:30 p.m., after all.
2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We will doing a guided bar crawl down Broadway/Printer's Alley in the afternoon, starting location will be at Big Shotz by Broadway. The other bars (order still TBD) include Redneck Riviera, The Lounge at 2nd, Alley Taps and Wild Beaver Saloon. We will have some apps pre-ordered at one of the stops but we still recommend eating beforehand. No pressure at all to drink if you don't want to — you'll get a great taste of what Nashville is all about either way. Just about every spot has live music. Please let us know if you'll be attending when you RSVP for the wedding, it'll help us get a proper head count.
