We’ve reserved a private luxury villa for all guests from October 21–26, 2026. Your entire stay is included — no one needs to book anything or pay for lodging. The property is located in a secure, gated community with 24/7 monitored entry. Once you’re at the villa, everything you need is onsite.

Travel Information

Getting to Tulum is simple. Guests may fly into either: TQO – Tulum International Airport or CUN – Cancún International Airport Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport. We encourage guests to coordinate travel in groups when possible, as transportation can easily be shared among those arriving around the same time. To help make travel easier, we searched for flights from several cities where guests are traveling from that arrive around the same time. Booking one of these flights may make it easier to coordinate transportation to the villa together.

Transportation from the airport should be arranged in advance. If you plan to book one of the suggested flights listed above, please let us know so we can help coordinate group transportation to the villa. Because there are currently limited flight options into Tulum, we recommend booking flights sooner rather than later to ensure you’re able to secure the schedule that works best for you. Closer to the wedding date, we will share a list of recommended transportation companies to make booking reliable and easy if needed.

Travel Note

Passports!!! ✈️

A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of our travel dates (after April 2027). If you need to renew or apply, we recommend doing so as soon as possible. No visas or special paperwork are required for U.S. citizens visiting Mexico for tourism.
