While we’d love for everyone to enjoy the entire week with us, we completely understand that schedules, work, and life commitments can make that difficult. You’re welcome to join for as many days as you’re able. If possible, we kindly ask that guests plan to be with us on Thursday afternoon and evening for our welcome event, as well as on Saturday for the wedding ceremony and celebration. Those are the most meaningful moments of the trip, and we’d love to have everyone together for them.
Yes — and it must be valid for at least six months after our return date.
Guests may fly into either: TQO – Tulum International Airport or CUN – Cancún International Airport Both airports work well, though Tulum International Airport (TQO) is the closest to the villa and wedding events. Some suggested flights that arrive around the same time are listed on the Travel page to help guests coordinate shared transportation. Because there are currently limited flight options into Tulum, we recommend booking flights sooner rather than later to secure the schedule that works best for you.
No — accommodations at the villa are fully covered.
Guests are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the airport. We recommend coordinating flights with other guests arriving around the same time so transportation can be shared and costs split. Suggested flights are listed on the Travel page to help with coordination. Because flight options to Tulum can be limited, we recommend booking flights as early as possible. Closer to the wedding, we will share a list of recommended transportation companies and help connect guests who may want to coordinate rides together.
Our villa includes a private chef who will prepare select meals throughout the stay. A full meal schedule and menu will be shared closer to the wedding date once plans are finalized. On some days or evenings, we may dine off-site or explore local restaurants, so not every meal will take place at the villa. Groceries for chef-prepared meals are not included and will be shared among guests. The estimated cost is approximately $400 per person for the entire stay, with a more accurate total provided once menus are confirmed.
No, renting a car is not required. Many guests choose to arrange private transportation or share rides with others arriving around the same time. Transportation to and from the wedding ceremony will be provided for all guests. If you plan to explore independently outside of scheduled events or prefer having your own vehicle, renting a car is always an option. We’ll share recommended transportation options closer to the date.
Wedding Ceremony Beachy formal. Women are encouraged to wear full-length dresses in champagne, beige, tan, gold, or neutral tones. Minimal or subtle prints are preferred. Men may wear linen or lightweight suits, or dress shirts with slacks. Jackets are optional. Weekend Events Resort chic — think relaxed, elevated vacation style. Footwear Our ceremony will take place at a cenote venue in the jungle, and paths may include natural terrain. Block heels, wedges, dressy sandals, or dress shoes are recommended.
This will be an adults-only wedding (18+).
Yes. In lieu of traditional gifts, we have created a home fund to help us purchase our first home together. For guests who would like to contribute, you may do so through our registry on this website using Venmo, credit card, or other online options, or by giving cash in a card at the wedding. Your presence in Tulum is truly the greatest gift, and we are so grateful to celebrate this special week with you.
thoughtfully planned for. Our villa is located in a private, gated residential community with monitored entry and dedicated staff. Only approved guests and staff will have access to the property. All wedding-related transportation will be pre-arranged for guests, and our ceremony venue is private and reserved exclusively for our group. For those who like to review official guidance, the U.S. Department of State travel advisory for Mexico can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories/mexico-travel-advisory.html Like many international destinations, safety conditions vary by region. Tulum and the Riviera Maya remain popular travel destinations, and we have intentionally chosen a secure, professionally managed environment so everyone can relax and celebrate together.
Yes — during your free time, you’re welcome to explore, shop, book excursions, or enjoy anything Tulum has to offer. Our scheduled wedding events will be listed on the itinerary so you know which times to keep open, but outside of those, you’re free to plan whatever you’d like.
RSVPs are now open. Please kindly submit your response by June 1, 2026 so we can finalize accommodations, transportation, and event planning for the week.
Guests are responsible for booking their own round-trip flights to Mexico (TQO or CUN) and arranging transportation to and from the villa. Because flight options to Tulum can be limited, we recommend booking flights as early as possible. All lodging at the villa is fully covered, and transportation to and from the wedding ceremony will be provided. Our villa includes a private chef who will prepare select meals throughout the stay. Groceries for chef-prepared meals are not included and will be shared among guests. The estimated cost is approximately $400 per person for the entire stay. Once menus and meal plans are finalized closer to the wedding, we’ll share a more detailed breakdown. Please note that some meals or evenings may take place off-site at local restaurants. Recommended booking timelines, transportation options, and additional travel guidance will continue to be added to the Travel page as we get closer to the wedding.
Alcohol will be provided during our welcome event, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. For the remainder of the trip, beverages at the villa will not be fully hosted. We will be coordinating options closer to the date, and more details will be shared once plans are finalized. If you have specific preferences or dietary considerations, we’ll be gathering that information ahead of time.
