🍽 Villa Dining Experience Our villa includes a private chef, butler, and concierge team throughout our stay. Chef-prepared meals will be served at the villa in alignment with the group schedule. On certain days, meals may be enjoyed off-property or guests may choose to explore local restaurants — full details will be shared in advance. We will work with the chef to create a menu ahead of time so everyone knows what to expect before the trip. Groceries for chef-prepared meals are not included and will be shared among guests. The estimated cost for the entire stay is approximately $400 per person. This is an estimate — once menus and meal plans are finalized closer to the wedding, we’ll share an updated breakdown. Everything has been thoughtfully planned so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Wednesday, Oct 21 Arrival day. Villa check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Settle in, unpack, and enjoy welcome drinks as guests arrive throughout the day. We may plan an optional dinner or night out in town. Thursday, Oct 22 Relaxed morning at the villa. Guests are asked to keep Thursday afternoon/evening open for our welcome event. Details coming soon. Friday, Oct 23 Free day to enjoy the villa or explore Tulum. In the evening, we may plan an optional group dinner off-site. Saturday, Oct 24 – Wedding Day Our ceremony will take place at Naum Tulum followed by cocktail hour. Transportation will then bring guests back to Casa Don Rey for dinner, dancing, and the reception. Sunday, Oct 25 Open day to relax or explore. Monday, Oct 26 Departure day. Villa checkout is 10:00 AM.

Please join us for our wedding ceremony at Naum Tulum, a beautiful cenote venue nestled in the jungle. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with drinks and small bites at Naum Tulum. After cocktail hour, transportation will be provided to Casa Don Rey for dinner and the reception. Breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear are encouraged. Additional details and timing can be found throughout our website.
