Matron of Honor
"Her Person" Samantha and I met in our freshman year of high school. Although the beginning of the friendship was a bit spicy (Lol), she quickly became one of my closest friends. Over the years Samantha has been a great supporter. I know could turn to her for anything without fear. She is beautiful, smart, and ambitious with an admirable work ethic. I am truly overjoyed knowing that she has met her match; a strong black man that will lift her up and cherish her as she will do for him. Congratulations and Gods blessing on the happy couple!
Best Man
Rom and I were complete strangers at first. Over time, along with our Ace & Deuce we were able to establish a friendship that would grow into a brotherhood. Rom and I became close and remain close from establishing what it means to work, trust, and lean on each other for support. Our story is nothing unique, but full of treasured moments. Over the years we have grown to be brothers who can work, trust, and lean on one another. I am blessed to have him in my life, and I know the feeling is the same. Two internationally known men who full the room of love and laughter, you can expect nothing less than a Colossal of joy. I am humbled to be Rom’s Best Man on a story that has been growing since his 30th Birthday party when I first officially met Sam. I have seen the beginning, and happy to play a role in the next chapter of their never-ending story. Blessing to you both!
Maid of Honor
"Her Road Dawg" Samantha and I have been inseparable since High school. Throughout our friendship we have always spoke about the future and what we wanted it to look like, and a love like theirs was always a part of the plan. For as long as I've known S, she has been a hopeless romantic that would not settle for anything less than her Knight in Shining Armor. When I met Rom, I knew he was exactly what S wanted and needed and I could not be any more happy for her. To play a role in this union is such an honor to me. I can not wait to celebrate Rom and Sam in beautiful Cancun, Mexico!
Groomsman
Rom and I grew up together in the same house. We lived together and created beautiful childhood memories (going to school, playing in the neighborhood, accompanying our grandmother to church). My nickname "TOTA" comes from him. He couldn't pronounce my name correctly as a child. To call me he would say "TOTA" and the nickname remained forever. I remember that I cried a lot the day he left Haiti to go permanently to the United States. That is how deep his impact on my life was and still is. To this day we live like brothers. I am very proud of the man he is today. He always encourages me to make progress. No need to say more to understand the love that exists between us. I only want to wish my beloved cousin much success in his new adventure. May God bless Rom and Samantha in their new life!
Bridesmaid
"Her Day One" I have known Samantha all of her life. In 1989, I went from being an only child to having a little sister. I did not only gain a sister, but I gained a friend for life. As a sister, Sam is someone who encourages me to do my best, a listener, and someone I can always depend on. Samantha is both beautiful and loyal and I am truly delighted to see her happy in the arms of a man who deserves her love. I am excited to extend our Haitian family and invite Rom in; he will be an awesome addition! I am thrilled to stand by their sides on one of the most important days of their lives. Cheers to your happily ever after!
Groomsman
The first time I met Rom was over a decade ago. Right away I was amazed at how wise and kind he was, with his big personality and yet still such a gentle giant. I knew him and I were going to be brothers, and time has proven me to be right! We never have "uncomfortable talk", no matter how hard the topic is and we always make room for laughter. He is intelligent, a thinking man, a winner and the best brother I could ask for. I am honored to be able to stand by his side on one of the most momentous days of his life!
Bridesmaid
“Her oldest friend” Samantha and I met in the 5th grade. I was the new girl and lucky for me I was seated right in the empty seat next to her … we’ve been by each other's side since. Samantha has always been a hopeless romantic, NO ONE could tell her that her prince charming wasn’t out there lol and she wasn’t lying LOL. I’m so glad she found her happily ever after in Rom. I am privileged to be by her side as she prepares for her biggest milestone yet.
