ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding and wedding events are ADULTS-ONLY. However, the resort is a family friendly resort. If you decide to take your little ones with you, please ensure that you have someone to supervise them when you are attending the wedding activities. So that way everyone can relax and enjoy their time in paradise. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

DO YOU HAVE A ROOM BLOCK?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms throughout the resort depending on the type of room you pick. We did our best to ensure that we have a variety of room options for you to choose from, but booking early will help! As the saying goes... First come, first served! Please contact our travel agent, Kadia, via phone (888-959-9401 ext. 105) or email (kd.mjtravelgroup@gmail.com). Please know that this resort requires all guest rooms to be booked within the couple's room block. The hotel charges a minimum of $100 per person to attend the wedding events if you do not book one of the rooms the couple is holding. To avoid you paying extra fees, please make sure to book using our travel agent.

WHAT DATES ARE YOUR ROOM BLOCK FOR?

Answer

We are holding rooms for October 4-9, 2023. You may request to stay before and/or after these dates. We will just need to get the confirmation from the hotel before we can send your receipt. There is a 3-night minimum stay for all guests.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK BY?

Answer

As soon as you know you'll be joining us! Once our room block is full, we can not guarantee that there will be more available rooms. A deposit of $200 will be required to secure your room. After the deposit is made, you can make any additional payments at anytime. Full balance is due July 19, 2023.

I MISSED THE BOOKING DEADLINE.

Answer

That’s ok, it happens. Please still book your room through our travel agent and we will work on confirming the room for you. However, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please kindly book your stay by May 1, 2023 and RSVP "yes" or "no" for our wedding activities on or before May 1, 2023, so we can have an accurate headcount. If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can keep planning accordingly. Please remember all final room payments are due on July 19, 2023.

ANY EXCURSIONS?

Answer

YES!!! We will be doing a group catamaran cruise Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 2 pm to 7 pm. The cost of the catamaran cruise is $110 per person. It includes your transportation to and from the catamaran, open bar, and a meal choice of a Grilled Cheeseburger, Steak, Fish, or Chicken breast accompanied by a green salad with seasonal vegetables, guacamole, chips, and baked potato. There will be a meal choice option for vegans as well. If you want to join you must RSVP. The catamaran size is based on the number of guests that RSVP "yes" and has LIMITED space available. If you RVSP "yes" and do not show, sadly, we will have to charge you. We do encourage you to plan any excursions that you will enjoy. We want this to be a vacation for our guests as much as it is for us.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK THROUGH YOUR TRAVEL AGENT?

Yes, we ask that you book your stay through our travel agent in order to be apart of our wedding group and to receive the discounted rate. Our travel agent, Kadia, is here to answer any and all travel/ booking questions you may have to make the booking process as stress-free as possible. Please note as mentioned before, that this resort requires all guest rooms to be booked within the couple's room block. WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

Answer

When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the CANCUN airport, code CUN. The resort is a short 10-mile drive from the Cancun International Airport.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

Answer

Roundtrip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and resort) is a service we include with your room reservation. To confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 30 days prior to travel. We will be sending you emails about this so you can submit your flight itinerary to us. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. Deviations to dates and vehicle upgrades are available for an additional cost. If we do not receive your flight details in time, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation to and from the resort.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

We encourage you to stay as long or as short as you'd like! It's your vacation too! However, there is a 3-night minimum stay for all guests. When booking with Kadia simply request what dates you would like to stay. Please keep in mind, the Welcome Party is on Thursday, October 5, 2023, the wedding is on Saturday, October 7, 2023, and the boat cruise is on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Yes, a passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure it is up to date and will not expire 6 months prior to your Mexico trip. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, we would recommend doing so ASAP.

CAN I USE AMERICAN MONEY IN MEXICO?

Answer

Yes! we recommend bringing small bills ($1s) to tip bartenders and servers if you are experiencing good service. Tipping is not mandatory, however, we have found if we tip, we tend to receive drinks and slightly faster service with smiles :) Tipping at an all inclusive resort is not at all like tipping in America - no need to ensure you're giving 20%. Often tip a few dollars here and there. Make sure you call your bank before you leave and let them know you will be in Mexico in case you need to purchase anything with credit/ debit cards.

CAN I STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT?

Answer

We would love to have you at the resort with us and our group. But if you choose to stay somewhere else, on the day of the wedding, each guest will be required to pay for a "guest pass" in order to attend the wedding. Which you will have to contact Dreams Natura on your own to figure out. You will also be responsible for your own transportation to and from the resort.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?

Answer

Yes, we do have a gift registry. But your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. If you do want to get us a gift, we kindly ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund.
