For those of you who are flying in, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is just a quick 15-minute drive to both the venue and our room block hotels, making it the most convenient option for your travels. Rideshares are readily available and easy to use throughout the city, and since all of our events are located close to the hotels, we recommend skipping the rental car!

We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at The Plaza and The Kimpton (which are right next door to each other). The Plaza will serve as the designated pick-up and drop-off location for our complimentary wedding-day transportation and where the Saturday Pool Party will be held! We kindly encourage guests to book accommodations early, so that we can add more rooms if the block becomes full! At The Plaza, we have secured a discounted rate of $229++/night. The Kimpton is right next door to The Plaza, and if you choose to stay here you will have access to all the amenities at The Plaza as well! Tenfold Rooftop, where our after party will be held, is located at the Kimpton. We have secured a discounted rate of $239++/night. Travel Note

VRBO/AirBnbs

There are many AirBnBs/VRBOs that are walking distance to the Plaza/Kimpton. If you prefer to rent a house, we would recommend staying in Southtown, Lavaca, or King William neighborhood so you are walking distance to the hotels and to the Welcome Party!

Shuttle

Shuttles to and from Venue

October 30, 2026 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue! Pick up and drop off will be at The Plaza. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to receive a spot on the shuttle. Specific shuttle times will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for everyone. Please make sure you RSVP for both transportation to the wedding venue and transportation back to the hotel, so we can secure enough seats for everyone! The shuttles will be a quick 7 minute ride.
