When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP to all events before September 18th & book your hotel in the blocks before September 29th!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we have two blocks set-up at the Plaza & Kimpton, which are right next to each other! They both have pools, onsite restaurants/bars, and a fitness center. Please refer to our Travel tab for more information & book your room before September 29th. If you have any questions or trouble booking your room, feel free to reach out to Sam!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be available for all guests, with pick-up and drop-off at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to receive a spot on the shuttles. Specific shuttle times will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for everyone. Please make sure you RSVP for both transportation to the wedding venue and transportation back to the hotel/after party, so we can secure enough seats for everyone both ways! The shuttles will be a quick 7 minute ride. Uber and Lyft are both readily available in the area!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes if you choose to drive to UTSA Southwest, you can find free parking in Lot A. Uber or Lyfts are a great option too!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If not utilizing our transportation, please plan to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find a seat, and settle in.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will all be outside; while dinner will be inside!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late October in San Antonio typically has highs in the low-to-mid 70s°F and cool evenings dipping into the mid-to-upper 50s°F.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children, the wedding is an adult-only celebration!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone, only individuals who received a plus one on their invitation may bring a guest. To confirm, as our date gets closer click on RSVP and enter your name to double check. Thank you for your understanding.
